I am an Artist based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. I make Macramé items, Acrylic paintings, Watercolour paintings and more.

RETURN POLICY
Undamaged and unused item/s may be returned within 7 days after the date of delivery. All returns must be requested via email (artworksbylara@gmail.com). The customer is solely responsible for the Courier delivery cost involved in the process of return.
Upon inspection of the returned item/s, the refund will be issued provided that the product is in the same condition as it was sent in. Any such refund will not include the Courier delivery cost as this will be to the expense of the customer.
All returned products must be delivered to the address as provided by Artworks by Lara via email communication subsequent to the return request.

Exchanges are currently not allowed. Should you wish to do so, please follow the return conditions as set out above and place another order.
